Banking details verification
Invoice fraud — specifically fake supplier banking change requests — is a significant and current problem in South African public-sector procurement. This is our firm policy:
- Our banking details are confirmed in writing on official company letterhead only.
- We will never send a banking change request by email. Never.
- If you receive any communication asking you to update our banking details, call us immediately at +27 70 435 5902 before taking any action.
How invoices are issued
- Invoices come only from info@infinitytechholdings.co.za or from your assigned account contact’s named email address.
- Every invoice references a purchase order number or quote reference number issued during your procurement process.
- We do not issue invoices from personal email addresses (Gmail, Outlook personal, etc.).
- If you receive an invoice from an unfamiliar address or without a quote reference, call us to verify before payment.
Our cybersecurity posture
As an ICT supplier, we apply standard hygiene to our own systems:
- Staff use two-factor authentication (2FA) on all business accounts.
- We do not process supplier or client data on personal devices.
- All business communications are conducted over verified company email addresses.
- We do not share client procurement details with third parties without consent.
- Client data is handled in line with our POPIA obligations — see our Privacy Policy.
