Frequently asked questions
Do you supply HP and Dell with pass-through warranties?
Yes. Manufacturer warranties on HP, Dell, Lenovo, and other brands are passed through directly to you. We document the warranty terms in the delivery handover.
Can you respond to RFQs with SBD 6.1 included?
Yes. We complete all required SBD forms including SBD 6.1 (B-BBEE preferences claim) in-house for every government RFQ response.
Do you offer site surveys before quoting for large orders?
Yes. For deployments of 10 or more workstations, we recommend a brief site assessment to confirm power, networking, and desk space requirements before we finalise the quote.
What is your typical delivery timeline for bulk hardware orders?
Stock items: 3–5 business days in Gauteng. Custom-configured or specialty equipment: 7–14 business days. We confirm timelines in every quote.
