What we'll respond with

  1. 1.Acknowledgment of receipt with reference number — same business day.
  2. 2.Clarifying questions if the RFQ scope is unclear.
  3. 3.Formal quote within 1 business day for standard RFQs; 2–3 days for complex or multi-line RFQs.
