What B-BBEE level are you, and what does that mean for our scorecard?
We are a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor as a 100% Black-owned EME. Procuring from a Level 1 contributor allows you to claim 135% of the spend value against your preferential procurement scorecard — the maximum available.
Can you complete SBD forms in-house?
Yes. We complete SBD 1 (declaration of interest), SBD 6.1 (preferences claim), SBD 8 (past SCM practices), and SBD 9 (independent bid determination) in-house, correctly, and on time. We do not outsource this.
Do you respond to 80/20 and 90/10 preference point systems?
Yes. For contracts under R50m we apply the 80/20 system (80 price / 20 B-BBEE). For contracts above R50m the 90/10 system applies. We structure quotes accordingly.
Can you deliver against a government purchase order without a deposit?
Payment terms are negotiated per contract. For established government entities with confirmed POs, we can discuss supply-on-order arrangements. Contact us to discuss your procurement structure.
